I prezzi si intendono per persona a notte per soggiorni di minimo 3 notti. Nel prezzo é incluso il solo pernottamento.
Die Preise verstehen sich pro Person und Nacht für einen Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Tagen. Im Preis inbegriffen ist nur die Übernachtung.
The prices are intended per person per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights.The price includes only the overnight stay.

 

Dal 01.01.2014 si aggiunge l' imposta comunale di soggiorno al prezzo indicato. L' importo dell' imposta é di 1,10€ per giorno e persona (a partire da 14 anni)e viene pagato direttamente al maso.                                                                                                                                   

 Zum angegebenen Preis kommt ab 01.01.2014 die Gemeindeaufenthaltsabgabe hinzu. Diese beträgt 1,10€ pro Tag und Person (ab 14Jahren). Die Abgabe wird vor ort eingehoben.

From the 01.01.2014 the tourist tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 1,10€ per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm.

 

 

I prezzi comprendono / Im Preis enthalten sind:

• spese di consumo / Verbrauchskosten / Consumption costs
• biancheria da letto e asciugamani (con cambi settimanali/infrasettimanali) / Bettwäsche und Handtücher (mit wöchentlichem/zwischenwöchentlichem Wechsel) / Bed linen and towels (with weekly/midweekly change)
• servizio pane fresco (su richiesta) / Service frisches Brot (auf Anfrage) / Service fresh bread (on demand)

General terms and conditions:

 

• Check in: starting from 1 p.m.

• Check out: before 9.30 a.m.

• Minimum stay: for a stay of less than 3 nights we reserve us the right to require anadditional charge.

• At the moment of booking we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price paid by banktransfer, postal order or in cash.

• The booking is confirmed after receiving the deposit and after you get a confirmation per e-mail, fax or letter.

• Delayed arrivals and early departures will be charged anyway.

• In case of variations of the booking (not communicated in good time to the owner), forexample variations of the number of people in the room/apartment, we reserve us the right tochange the price or to require the whole price agreed upon at the moment of booking.

• Payment: in cash, cheques, bank transfers.

• In all our rooms / apartments smoking is not allowed.
